Your girl's name, age, school, and grade (for program registration)
Payment information when you donate (handled securely by our payment processor — we do not see or store your card details)
Photos, only with your written permission
How We Use It
We use this information only to run our programs, communicate with families and donors, process donations, and share updates about Beauty In Me Foundation. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Photos of Girls in Our Program
We only use photos of a girl in our program if her parent or guardian has checked "yes" on our registration or sign-in form. If you marked "no," we will not use her photo anywhere, including our website or social media.
Payment Information
All donations are processed through a secure third-party payment processor (such as Squarespace Payments or Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our own systems.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We store registration forms and donor information in a secure, limited-access location. Only our directors and approved mentors, who have completed a background check, have access to program records.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to see what information we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we're required to keep it for tax or legal records.
